Target won't require face masks for fully vaccinated unless local rules state otherwise
“Face coverings will continue to be strongly recommended for guests and team members who are not fully vaccinated and well continue our increased safety and cleaning measures, including social distancing, throughout our stores,” Target said.
This makes sense if we can trust every shopper, but many events over the pandemic make me question that logic.
